As an avid coffee drinker of 20 plus years, I as hesitant to give up my favorite beverage.

i have been drinking Haraki-Gordon Green and Red Tea for about 3 months.  I drink at least one glass a day.  On days that I play a baseball game or practice, I typically make a large "bucket" that equals almost 4 glasses.  Starting as soon as having my first glass, I noitce a difference in my alertness and energy that lasted throughout a whole day.  I am a high school student and my day starts at 7:30 am.  After school i have baseball practice until around 6:00 pm.  I decided to start drinking this tea beacuse I was hearing from many adults and athletes what the benefits are for your body.  At first, I wasn't sure if I liked the flavor of the tea.  But once you realize how good it is for your body, you can get past the initial taste.  Now I really enjoy the taste and can drink it as a regular drink.  Since I started drinking the tea, I feel it has helped my eye sight and stamina to focus through a whole baseball game/practice/workout session and not get sluggish.  My day is not complete without Haraki Gordon Green Tea.

I have been suffering from food allergy (cherries & apples especially) for 20 years.  I get really bad reactions from eating these.
Yesterday, I ate tiny bite of cherry (James bought from whole food, and those are NOT organic) and nothing happened in my mouth. 
So, I finished rest of the cherry and really nothing was happened in my mouth. I usually get a bad swelling of my throat, rash in my mouth, and I have hard time breathing because of the swelling.  I ate another cherry then ate 3rd, 4th, and 5th cherry but no longer swelling of my throat.  I sure enjoyed eating cherry that I couldn't eat for over 20 years.  It's unbelievable, and this is definately testimonials to your green tea.  I've also noticed that my seasonal allergy is less suffering last 2 years.
